The safety toolkit, one tap from every job

Your safety toolkit

One tap.
Every job.

Tap the shield on any job and it's all there: emergency help, an "I'm safe" check-in, your visit shared with someone you trust, a private report, and the gas emergency stop. You go into strangers' homes for a living. We built this for that.

Someone always knows where you are

Share this visit with your partner, your dad or the mate you work with. They see your live location until the job ends, then it stops by itself.

Help without hunting for it

Gas leak or carbon monoxide, or police, ambulance or fire: one tap gets you the right number, wherever you are in a job.

The customer is not told

A site that isn't safe, or something that doesn't feel right. Tell CallOut privately from the job, and a person answers in minutes.

A gas emergency stops the job

Smell gas on site? The job pauses, you're shown exactly what to do and the National Gas Emergency number, and CallOut and the customer are told.

"I'm safe"

Working alone in a loft or a basement? One tap lets CallOut know you're OK.

Checked in. Thanks.

Your number stays yours

Calls and messages with customers go through CallOut. They never see your number, and you never see theirs.

Questions

Who can I share a visit with?

Anyone you choose, each time: a partner, family or someone you work with. Sharing stops when the job ends.

Does the customer know if I report something?

No. A private report goes to CallOut only, and a person reads it.

What happens in a gas emergency?

The job pauses, you're shown what to do and the National Gas Emergency number, and CallOut and the customer are told.

How fast does support answer?

On a job, CallOut support aims to reply within a couple of minutes. Your onboarding specialist can also call you back.
