Prices before you book
Every engineer sets their own call-out fee and hourly rate in their app, and you see them before you book. The engineer estimates the labour once they've seen the job.
Nothing extra without your yes
A new part or more time appears with its cost, the reason and photos. It waits for you to approve it, or for your insurer or landlord if they're covering the job.

No-show? Your call-out fee comes back
If your engineer doesn't turn up, the call-out fee is returned to you. If they cancel, you keep your place and we find you another verified engineer, with no fee.
Pay by card or Apple Pay, once it works
Pay in the app when the job is done and you've signed it off. The receipt and invoice stay with your job record. If your insurer, landlord or housing association arranged the repair, they pay, and there's nothing for you to do.

No. Parts are passed on at cost, with the receipt attached to the job.
