Each engineer sets their call-out fee and hourly rate, shown before you book. Paying and refunds.
What if my engineer doesn't show up?
Your call-out fee comes back, and if they cancel you keep your place with another engineer.
How are engineers checked?
Eleven checks before the first job, and a face check at every door.
How do I report a concern?
