Our aim
We want everyone to be able to book a repair, do the work and see the record, whatever their sight, hearing, movement or way of thinking. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Every button and link is large enough to tap: at least 44 points tall.
- Text is never smaller than 14 points on a phone, and contrast is high.
- Every page works with a keyboard, and screen readers describe pictures of the app in words.
- If you turn on "reduce motion" on your device, our animations stop.
- Safety information, such as the gas emergency number, is always in plain text, not only in pictures.
- The apps support larger text, VoiceOver and TalkBack.
What we know is not right yet
- Some pictures of the app show small text. Each has a written description, and you can tap it to see it full screen.
- The interactive partner demo is not yet fully usable with a screen reader. Contact us and we will show you the dashboard another way.
