Meet the copilot: the engineer in your ear

A hands-free partner on every job that listens, asks the right question at the right moment, runs the safety checks and writes the job up.

An engineer's hands are full. They are holding a torch, a spanner or an analyser probe, often in a cramped cupboard. That is exactly when most apps want them to type.

The CallOut copilot is built for that moment. It listens while the engineer works, picks up the faults, readings and parts as they are said, and asks a short question only when something is missing. Start a sentence with "CallOut" and it acts: find the parts, ask the partner to approve a price, tell the customer you need twenty more minutes.

The copilot asks for a walk-round of the site as found.

Safety checks, said out loud

Before work starts, the copilot runs through the checks that matter: any smell of gas, a clear way out, anyone vulnerable in the home. Before the engineer leaves, it covers the after-work checks, skipping anything it already heard them do. The record shows what was checked, when, and how.

It sees what you see

Take a screenshot in your flue gas analyser's app and the readings are added to the job. Photograph a receipt at the trade counter and the part is logged. Pay for parking on the way and it is counted as a job cost. Nothing to connect, nothing to type.

The paperwork, done

When the engineer slides to finish, the job is written up from their own words. The customer signs off, and the certificate and invoice go out.
